The Remotes distract from the screen (especially with the crawler, and then the info on the stories). A traditional dayside newscast with Trace and Martha would work, but this fake everyone in the newsroom works hard 190% of the time and loves each other and their job 343% of the time crap doesn't work. I watched it for about 15-20 minutes today and it is just an odd way to do a show. I know they are trying to give a "behind the scenes" look at the news, but this just doesn't work. All the walking around, going to the different desks and talking to the poeple there???? It makes it hard to watch. It is very choppy. It was hard to watch it even for 20 minutes. I like the old show better. OH! And what was with Martha showing a bit o' clevage today? Has anyone watched “The Live Desk”?
