  1. I KNEW IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

TV Newser is reporting that MSNBC will air a PRIVATE memorial service for Tim Russert. That is just unbelievable to me.

  2. jerziegrl, I read that, too. If it is private, how can it be televised?

  3. Any thoughts about the new “boxes” on FNC’s Live Desk? Can someone let me know when they decide to dump this bad idea? Because I refuse to watch this crap any longer.

  5. I notice Jane Velez Mitchell is hosting Prime News. I have seen her filling in for Nancy Grace, but can’t say the same for Prime News..

  6. I think what they mean by private, is that it is invitation only. It is not open to anyone who wants in. Is MSNBC that desparate for ratings????

The boxes were horrible. No one cares about what REM is up next or anything like that. It is too much on the screen and IMO is obnoxious. Something tells me they will have some tweaking ahead of them.

  7. Ok, I think we’ve officially gone overboard on the Russert coverage… particularly MSNBC.

Russert was phenomenal and deserves his props. No question about it.

But all this coverage of him COMPLETELY MISSES THE POINT…. Russert wanted the politicians to be the story. That was always his focus. MSNBC is making him, and themselves, the story, with almost non-stop coverage.

    Enough already.
