I couldn’t help but notice Campbell Brown was hosting AC360 last night.. while Erica Hill is doing the lame “bulletin” hits. So, why is Erica in NY again? I thought she would be hosting every time AC360 is out? Oh wait, CNN needs to get Campbell Brown more exposure on AC360 because of her paltry 8pm ratings, eh?

Exactly right Terance.

This morning on Morning Joe (sans Joe) Mika hostetted and the discussion was about MSNBC and their sexism as it related to Hillary Clinton. Did I miss something? The only person brought up and taking the hit was Mike Baricle and he was excused because it was just something “stupid” he said - no mention of Chris Matthews and Olbermann? What gives?
I don’t think I have ever seen such an obvious display of any cable news channel being in the tank for Obama. Mika even made fun of McCain’s Town Hall meeting last night and every single one of their guests spewed anti-McCain and anti-Republican rhetoric. Is John Cusak qualified to give us advice on politics? Next time I hear anyone on MSNBC call Fox News in the tank for McCain I think I will choke.

MSNBC is still on the air? I’ll have to check and see if my cable company still carries it.

FNC has started airing promos for Laura’s new show. Starts Monday.
No thanks!

I just saw F&F say that Griff Jenkins was going to anchor Fox and Friends Weekend this weekend. Griff was there, outside, with Clayton doing a little schtick.
John Cusak’s movie will tank just as all the other Hollywood anti-war movies have done. You couldn’t give tickets away to these flops.
(Especially the one Mark Cuban produced.)

I would rather have Erica Hill subbing for Anderson and have wondered why CNN has chosen Campbell Brown in her place. You probably hit it on the head Terrance. More exposure. I believe it will take more than exposure for her to get the ratings but I am hardly media savvy.

Jerziegrl, at least FNC is being forthright about her show being opinion, not straight news.
Comment by Freddie FooFoo — June 13, 2008 @ 9:50 am
Absolutely Freddie! I agree that they hae been straight up from the beginning. Whether or not that was the plan with E.D., she ended up giving her opinion for everything she covered. They should have just named it “E.D.’s Pulse” because it ended up being all about her and what she thought.
My thing with Laura is probably a carry over from all politiking as of late…..everyone has an opinion but it is always the same opinion: Barak=bad/McCain=not as bad or McCain=McBush/Barak=the second coming of Christ. It is rhetoric and she is no different.
I am just tired of hearing how Rep’s are good and Dem’s are bad or Dem’s are the answer to all of America’s problems and Rep’s are just morons.

^^Then maybe you should consider an independent/non-major party candidate this November.

Aaron: Any recommendations?

Believe me, I’d vote independant/Libratarian in a heart beat if I thought they would have a chance of winning. However, despite my lack of interest in McCain, he is far better than Obama. And at this point, a non vote for McCain is a vote for Obama.

Sophia said “Is John Cusak qualified to give us advice on politics?”
Just as qualified as Chuck Norris and Jackie Mason I suppose.
